Terms of Service
Last updated: April 6, 2026
This is a plain-language summary of common commercial terms. It is not legal advice. For enterprise agreements or questions, contact support@copilotinterview.com.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using CoPilot Interview software (“Software”), creating an account, or purchasing a license or subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
Subject to payment when required, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business interview preparation, in accordance with your plan and documentation.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Software to build a competing product, except where applicable law forbids this restriction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. AI outputs & third-party services
The Software may send prompts and related text to third-party AI providers to generate responses. You are responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify before relying on it in high-stakes situations.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fees & refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Where we advertise a money-back guarantee, refund requests are handled as stated on the website or in your receipt. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the Software will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
